Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: 7.30am 4.30pm



Duties will include:

Working within the Plant Control team to coordinate plant requirements.

Liaising with site and contracts managers to ensure effective productivity.

Coordinate and prepare weekly gas oil and diesel for plant and machinery across regional sites.

Work with suppliers to secure the best possible rates, ensuring service levels meet business requirements.

Coordinate site requirements under hire desk, ensuring business processes are followed.

General administration and office duties to support the Plant department.



The Successful Applicant will:

Experience with working within a Plant/ Construction department would be highly advantageous

Previous Scheduling / Service Administrative experience.

Be proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel).
