We are currently recruiting for an organisation in the events industry who are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to take ownership of a marketing strategy and implement it successfully. The Marketing Manager will be based at their Redditch office although hybrid working could be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns
- Taking ownership of the social media channels and ensuring that content is engaging and updated
- Leading on market research to help inform marketing campaigns
- Tracking and analysing performance of campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimising to ensure a ROI
- Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
Skills/Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
Additional Information:
A driving licence is required in this role.
