Job Title: Asbestos SurveyorLocation: Redditch, West MidlandsSalary/Benefits: £24k - £40k + Training & BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor within the Midlands region, to join a professional and highly regarded Asbestos outfit. You must hold existing experience within the industry, as well as the BOHS P402 as a minimum. Holding further P Certifications would be beneficial but not essential (such as P401, P403, P404). You will be conducting the full range of Asbestos surveys on a mixed portfolio of Commercial, Education, Public Sector, Healthcare and Local Authority sites. Salaries and packages are competitive within the industry.Ideally, applicants will be based in or around: Redditch, Solihull, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Bridgnorth, Wolverhampton, Telford, Stafford, Rugeley, Cannock, Lichfield, Tamworth, Derby, Coalville, Coventry, Rugby, Daventry, Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Leicester, Melton Mowbray, Beeston, Nottingham, Stoke-on-Trent.Experience / Qualifications:- You must hold the BOHS P402 qualification, or RSPH equivalent- Will have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor, ideally for a UKAS Accredited Consultancy- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills- Able to write thorough technical reports- IT proficient- Professional mannerThe Role:- You will be undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos surveys across a mixed portfolio of Client sites- Writing detailed survey reports as well as producing accurate schematic drawings- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with Clients- Working in accordance with UKAS and HSE guidelines- Excellent further training opportunitiesAlternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Analyst, Environmental Surveyor.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
