Sonic Summary
- My client, an engineering company in Redditch, is seeking a CNC Operator for a Temp to Perm or Permanent position.
- Candidates should have proven experience as a CNC Turner or Miller, with a focus on accuracy and fine tolerances.
- Experience with Hurco Millers and Lathes is advantageous, and familiarity with precision components is highly desirable.
- The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and 7 AM to 1 PM on Fridays, with overtime available during the week and on Saturdays.
- The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role required.
The main requirements for the role include
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner/Miller
- Flexible and adaptable to be able to complete all tasks with accuracy, and within fine tolerances
- Proactive nature and keen to work within a small business and take responsible for the role
- Experience with Hurco Millers and Lathes would be advantageous
- Experience of precision components is highly desirable
The hours are Mon-Thurs 8-5 and 7-1 on a Friday. there is overtime available in the week and on Saturdays
