- My client, an engineering company based in Redditch, is seeking to hire a CNC Operator on either a Temp to Perm or Permanent basis.
- Candidates must have proven experience as a CNC Turner or Miller, with a flexible and adaptable approach to completing tasks accurately within fine tolerances.
- A proactive nature and willingness to take responsibility in a small business environment are essential for this role.
- Experience with Hurco Millers and Lathes is advantageous, and familiarity with precision components is highly desirable.
- The position offers a salary of £30,000 per year and requires candidates to have relevant experience in the field.
The main requirements for the role include
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner/Miller
- Flexible and adaptable to be able to complete all tasks with accuracy, and within fine tolerances
- Proactive nature and keen to work within a small business and take responsible for the role
- Experience with Hurco Millers and Lathes would be advantageous
- Experience of precision components is highly desirable
The hours are Mon-Thurs 8-5 and 7-1 on a Friday. there is overtime available in the week and on Saturdays
