Positions Available: Weekday Nightshift (38 Hours)
Salary: 15 per hour + Shift allowance

There is an immediate requirement for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join a successful, Redditch based manufacturing company. The position will require the successful candidate to be an integral part of the Machining Division with the responsibility of producing various high precision parts for large aerospace customers across the UK.
As a CNC Setter/Operator your responsibilities will include:
- Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence
- Setting up and operating Heller 4 & 5 axis CNC machines
- Quality control measures of your own work
- Following all health and safety policies and procedures
- Operating experience with CNC machining centres
- Fastems pallet system experience desirable
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Mazatrol or Heller controls would be advantageous
- Ability to check components with gauges and measuring equipment
- A positive attitude towards work, development and team working
- Permanent position
