What will you do? Make an impact!

Join our team and be responsible for the compliant operation of the Incinerator and associated site activities, to achieve optimal operation and compliance with all site authorisations and permits. The Site Manager must actively support, lead, and mentor their direct reports to ensure the operation of the assets and to ensure logistics are fully compliant with regulatory standards for safety, health, and environment. You will be involved with the following:

* To ensure that the associated site transfer station and logistics functions remain compliant and achieve all relevant KPI's. * To provide leadership and support to all direct reports including maintenance of appropriate levels of personnel competence and training.* Establish and maintain a culture that supports a zero non-compliance approach on health & safety issues (to minimise reportable accidents, lost time accidents and other incidents) and environmental issues.* Accountable for the daily activities of your Processing facilities and vehicle fleet in line with annual budget requirements.* Propose, instigate, and develop improvements to the plants, processes, people and vehicles to exceed KPI's (Safety, Compliance, Profitability, Throughputs and Strategic Plan).* Establish clear communication links with and ensure a close working relationship with the Incineration Division.* To maximize the revenue and cost control on site and manage customers' expectations.* Meet with Regulators and key customers to build relationships and understand customer needs, so as to maintain long term contracts/partnerships.* To build effective and trusted relationships with all stakeholders that demonstrates Tradebe Healthcare commitment to sustainability and the local community.* To manage employees and ensure the continuous development of their capability to ensure that the relevant skills and experience are available to meet the needs of the business.

Do you have what it takes?

* CPC; Degree or HNC or time served in Operations management; IOSH / NEBOSH qualification, COTC desirable.* Extensive operational experience in a similar (waste industry) environment. * Incineration experience desirable. * Experience managing and reporting costs, prior P&L experience is desirable.* Project management skills would be desirable * Experience of implementing a learning culture where problems and improvement opportunities are identified and implemented at all levels to show quantifiable business improvements* Communication, influencing and negotiating skills* Dynamic and Creative
