Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a Flue, Duct or Exhaust background looking for a technical, hands on role where you will oversee commercial and industrial projects from planning to completion within a well-established company providing the autonomy to make the role your own as you work on projects around across the UK?
This company provide installation of flues within the Commercial and Industrial sectors, across the UK, they are a well-established business operating for 28+ years and seen continual growth year on year. They specialise in the planning, estimating and installation of various chimney and flue projects, and are looking for a Contracts Manager with a background in flue contracts or similar as well as contracts management experience to oversee ongoing projects.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for end to end project and cost management, overseeing the work being carried out on site through daily visits to sites, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and senior management. You will work 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, travelling regularly across the south west of England and the south of Wales.
This role would suit a Contracts Manager from a Flue, Duct or Exhaust background or similar and experience in contracts management, looking for a technical leadership role within a well-established company who offer the opportunity to progress within the role.
The Role:
- End to end project management
- Carry out site visits - across the UK primarily in London
- Design, draw and quote jobs
- 8:00am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
- Experience/knowledge within the Flue/Duct or Exhaust industry
The Person:
- Contracts Manager or similar
- Flue, Duct, Exhaust background
- Commutable to Redditch
- Happy to travel across the UK- Full Driving Licence
