Job Title: Licenced Conveyancer
Location: Redditch
Salary: From £60,000 per annum D.O.E
Hours of Work: 4 days a week, 08:30 – 17:30
Type: Permanent and Onsite
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Qualified Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer to join our law firm in Redditch, Worcestershire employed on a full-time basis working 4-days per week across Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm), with a focus on training, mentorship and signing off your team’s files
Duties of a Licenced Conveyancer
The individual must be highly motivated and committed to improving the customer experience and relish the opportunities this role will bring.
The primary focus of this role is to provide supervision, strategic planning and compliance, with minimal emphasis personal caseload.
Qualifications:
- Holds a minimum of 5 years PQE in conveyancing specifically.
- Holds the relevant qualifications (SRA, CILEX, CLC).
- Strong IT skills.
- Possess varied knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law and practice.
- Be detail-driven with excellent communication and organisation skills.
