Are you looking for an opportunity in Customer Service ? Due to increased growth within the business I am looking for a confident Customer Service Advisor to join a busy after sales team based at a very successful company in Redditch.
Our Client is looking for passionate people who understand the importance of putting customers first, who want to develop a career within a rapidly growing business who take pride in delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone technically minded as you will be supporting customers with any issues they have with their products ( all product training will be given)
Customer Service Advisor main Duties will include:-
Providing Customer Service to the companies high profile clients.
Dealing with any after sales queries and questions
Be able to resolve minor problems with products over the phone (training will be given)
liaise regularly with parent company and product managers to resolve customer queries where needed
Arrange repair or service calls with engineers where necessary
Ensure that the sales call process and the companies compliance procedures are adhered to at all times.
Make outbound calls to customers regarding after-sales care .
Ensure that accurate and detailed notes are input into our CRM system following any contact with a customer.
Take overflow leads into our sales team
Take inbound calls as and when necessary
The successful Customer Service Advisor candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Fantastic Telephone Manner and strong customer service experience on the phone
Confident on the phone answering queries
Be confident to deal with complaints as this is working in an After Sales team
Have previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience
Technically minded be able to think logically to support customers with product issues ( full product training will be given)
