Coats Recruitment is hiring for an Internal Sales Support role for our well-established logistics client based in Redditch.

Up to - £35,000 Salary depending on experience

This client has a proud history in the Midlands, offering a wide range of warehousing and logistics services. They are renowned for their customer-first approach and dedication to excellence in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.

The Role:
As part of the Internal Sales Support team, youll play a vital role in delivering first-class service to clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and sending quotations.
• Managing the sales email account and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Chasing customers and following up on leads.
• General customer service tasks to maintain client satisfaction.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in warehousing and logistics is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• A proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
