Job Title: Digital Merchandising Manager £36,000 per annum 3 months FTCLocation: RedditchType: Hybrid (Remote and Onsite)We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager to join our team in Redditch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a 3 month project to drive revenues and deliver growth within certain categories and increase market share.  You will be driving this through excellence in merchandising execution. The role will involve working closely with other departments so experience of managing internal stakeholders is key for this role. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high profile project that could lead to a permanent role if you can show that it is successful.Digital Merchandising ManagerKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the implementation of range reviews, maximising the sales and profit potential, aligned to commercial priorities and drive market share
  • Manage the detailed Retail merchandising plan to maximise customer engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure that the right plan of content execution is in place to drive conversion for new range, focus throughout is on the customer journey and user experience whilst supporting on campaign execution across your area.
  • Form a strong working relationship with key stakeholders within digital, trading and marketing to ensure teams work seamlessly together to deliver plans, merchandising improvements.
  • Analyse overall performance, forecasts, and opportunities
  • Analyse sales and web metrics to make recommendations about online marketing and promotions
  • Coach and lead a team of merchandisers to consider the customer in all decisions made
  • Take an active role in driving the team and functional engagement action plan.
The successful Digital Merchandising Managerwill have the following skills and experience:
  • Digital Merchandising Manager or Marketing management experience
  • Experienced in defining and delivering initiatives to improve conversion
  • Deep understanding and experience of customer journeys
  • Strong business acumen and good level of commercial awareness
  • Very good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to influence teams and senior management alike
