Excellent opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to join a nationwide leading FM business, you'll be taking lead on all commercial activities with a highly regarded contract.

They are seeking an additional Electrical Estimator in their Redditch office, to cover a number of Hard FM maintenance contracts across the West Midlands.

In this role you'll be preparing and submit Estimates and Target Costs based on first principles for both minor and major Electrical works projects, as well as submitting accurate budget costs and tender estimates,

THE ROLE:
*Leading all commercial function for Hard FM Maintenance Contracts
*Working with a number of clients across the West Midlands
*Submission of quotations for minor works projects
*Quantifying site measures for larger projects

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in an Electrical Estimating position within FM
*Sound knowledge of Electrical Systems
*NEC 3/4 experience
*Full Drivers License
