Seeking a Talented Electrical Engineer!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in fault diagnosis and maintenance, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Perform rapid and effective breakdown and planned maintenance to minimise downtime, waste, and costs.
  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying productivity and process improvements.
  • Engage in automation projects, integrating existing machinery and plant systems.
  • Conduct diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage electrical installations and respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns to minimise production disruptions.
  • Investigate root causes of reliability issues and wastages, implementing corrective actions to improve machinery performance.
  • Fabricate components for equipment repair or replacement as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in electrical maintenance and fault diagnosis.
  • Proficiency in planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts and provide support as needed.

This position is based in Redditch and is easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Studley, Alcester, Birmingham, Alvechurch and Evesham.
