Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in fault diagnosis and maintenance, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Perform rapid and effective breakdown and planned maintenance to minimise downtime, waste, and costs.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying productivity and process improvements.
- Engage in automation projects, integrating existing machinery and plant systems.
- Conduct diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage electrical installations and respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns to minimise production disruptions.
- Investigate root causes of reliability issues and wastages, implementing corrective actions to improve machinery performance.
- Fabricate components for equipment repair or replacement as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in electrical maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Proficiency in planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Flexibility to cover shifts and provide support as needed.
This position is based in Redditch and is easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Studley, Alcester, Birmingham, Alvechurch and Evesham.
