About the Role:We're seeking a proactive and experienced Field Engineer to provide top-notch support to our clients across Redditch and the surrounding areas. This role offers the perfect mix of technical challenges and client interaction, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment/systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site.
- Providing training and support to clients as needed.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Accurate documentation of service reports and client interactions.

- Proven experience in a field engineering role.
