A Multi-Skilled Engineer is sought for a leading manufacturer in Redditch. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of the manufacturing equipment.

Description

  • Maintaining and improving the reliability of the manufacturing equipment
  • Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections
  • Responding promptly to any machinery breakdowns
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Assisting with the installation of new machinery
  • Training other team members on equipment operation
  • Reporting and documenting any repairs or maintenance performed

Monday - Friday 08:20 - 16:30

Profile

You will be a Maintenance Engineer/Technician, ideally with experience from a Manufacturing background, along with:

  • Recognised Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical bias) - Level 3 minimum
  • Electrical qualification is a MUST
  • Proficiency in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
