Electrical Estimator Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our client's team, focusing on commercial and industrial projects including schools, hospitals, office refits, and warehouse developments. This role involves reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications; preparing detailed quantity take-offs and material costing sheets; and liaising with clients throughout the tender process.
Electrical Estimator Job Requirements:
- Review and interpret tender documents, technical drawings, and specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding tender queries and clarifications
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive quantity take-offs and material costing sheets
- Experience working on commercial and industrial projects is essential
- Proven experience in electrical estimating
- Familiarity with electrical systems and installation practices
- Experience using Pricelynx and CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
Electrical Estimator Salary & Benefits:
- £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
- Company car
- 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays
- Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00
