This boutique agency is at an exciting time in their development!  With in-house services including full event management, venue finding, equipment hire and stage set design they have all of the expertise needed to deliver exceptional creative events for their broad client base!

They pride themselves on offering bespoke events that make a lasting impression on their clients - offering a broad range of events across a huge variation of environments!

The Role

Due to continued success they are now looking for an enthusiastic and energetic On-Site Event Manager to come on board and have a broad involvement across all of their events!

This role is perfect for someone wanting to grow within a lovely agency and get involved in many different areas.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

·         Event Planning – assist with all event plans and all areas are co-ordinated effectively.

·         On site – be on site at events and support with set up, delivery and breakdown.

·         Logistics – work with the sales and logistics team and ensure efficiency when delivering events.

·         Evaluation – conduct pre and post event evaluations to ensure smooth delivery and achieve better results in future.

·         Health and safety – ensure all health and safety checks are complete and adhered to.

The Candidate

The business is flexible on background for this opportunity – experience within events / and or a degree would be considered.

Whether you have broad events experience or a more technical focused candidate, you could be a ready made fit for the agency!
