Job Purpose

• Support a portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor.
• Work closely with Managers and Directors to scope new service lines for your portfolio.
• Review accounts files and support the tax planning process.
• Support the audit team with the provision of audit services from planning to completion.
• Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
• Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
• Supporting the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion.
• Set an example as a hands-on Manager.

• ACA or ACCA qualified with impressive experience within accountancy practice.
