Mitchell Adam are recruiting for one of the UK's leading retail companies looking to bring an Interim Finance business Partner on board at their site based in Redditch.

In this role you will be providing decision support to the sales and marketing team, this is a great opportunity for a qualified operational Finance Business Partner who has experience with non-financial stakeholders in a fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include the ownership of advertising/promotional spend, quarterly budgeting and forecasting, as well as the evaluation of trial analysis and marketing campaign performance. You'll be a dedicated Business Partner to the Marketing Director, highlighting opportunities and risks to Directors.

Ideally you will -

  • Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) - ideally with experience within retail or FMCG.
  • Confident communication skills to support you in providing financial support and building strong client relationships with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Have experience working in a similar role with exposure to capitalising on trading opportunities, minimising threats and identifying trends.
  • Previous experience working on projects whilst being influential in strategic decision making across the wider business.
