The Role – Materials Administrator-
This is a varied role providing an opportunity for the right individual to be involved in supporting our operations team in delivering a quality service to our clients. The following gives an outline of the role but the list is not exhaustive and the position requires someone who can embrace positive change and be flexible in approach.
PO Raising
Creation of job packs for projects
Receiving and logging material deliveries
Maintaining stock levels for standard items, Using systems to maintain records, Security of the stores and premises
Maintaining Health and Safety practices in the warehouse
Liaising with the project teams
Any admin tasks set by Materials team.
Required/Essential
Excellent communication skills, Good team player, Basic IT skills with the ability to learn new systems,
Good numeracy & literacy
Full clean driving licence
Tidy & presentable
Preferred It would be advantageous if applicants had some similar experience but not essential as full training will be given
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
