Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) FMCG Redditch £42,500
Are you a skilled engineer with a mechanical bias looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced FMCG environment? Our client, a well-established FMCG company based in Redditch, is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team.
Role Details:- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (6-2, 2-10)
- Salary: £42,500 per annum
- Location: Redditch
- Mechanically biased apprenticeship with some electrical experience
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Assist with machinery upgrades and continuous improvement projects
