Sales Order Administrator

West Midlands

c.£30-35k dependent on experience, negotiable + bens + PROGRESSION

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (5 days on site)

We are on a mission to find a proactive, professional, and ambitious Sales Order Administrator for our client; a dynamic, fast-growing business headquartered in the West Midlands, with depots across the UK, serving customers nationwide.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide administrative support and ensure seamless operations.
  • Process sales orders, contracts, and internal invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with suppliers on order delivery times and schedules.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with various departments as and when required.
  • Monitoring the internal inbox, responding to customer queries, and actioning when required and coordinating internally.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

The successful candidate for this role will have/ be:

  • Proven experience in administration, customer service, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Motivated and driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
