Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader and Care and Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to our residents, as well as leading and supervising a team of care and support workers.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a care or support role, preferably with adults with learning disabilitiesNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualificationStrong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA compassionate and patient natureAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsMust be eligible to work in the UKResponsibilities:
Provide person-centered care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are metLead and supervise a team of care and support workers, providing guidance and support as neededCreate and maintain care plans for each resident, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updatedAdminister medication in accordance with policies and proceduresAssist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toiletingPromote independence and encourage residents to participate in activities and hobbiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records and reportsCommunicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionalsEnsure the safety and well-being of all residents at all timesAdhere to all company policies and proceduresAttend training and development courses as requiredAny other duties as assigned by the management team.Benefits:
