Job Title: Transport Organiser
Location: Redditch
Salary: £25,000 to £26,000, dependent on experience
Hours: Full Time Monday Friday on site
8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
Job Type: Permanent
The Role
- Schedule collections, collaborate with transport team to organise at the right cost and within guidelines.
- Process orders, update CRM systems with relevant information and manage each stage of workflow
- Control invoices and billing, manage changes in price and provide specific solutions for collection needs.
- Dealing with customer queries and needs over telephone and email.
Experience Required
- Competent use of IT systems such as excel and outlook.
- Experience within transport or logistics is desired
- Experience in SAP is an advantage.
