Duties -

  • Planning and booking of vehicle maintenance
  • Support Vehicle maintenance & control
  • Support Maintenance records - tracking & upkeep
  • Support Temporary vehicle control
  • Trailer inspection & condition control
  • Cab cleanliness & vehicle condition control
  • New damage & vehicle defect form control
  • VDU head download & record upkeep
  • Support Driver infringement control
  • Attendance of meetings
  • Support Accident management where applicable
  • Web fleet KPIs, Fuel tracker, Vehicle Mileage
  • Accident investigations
  • Carry out Gatehouse checks
  • Support digitalisation of transport admin
  • Driver inductions

As a member of the Transport Office, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance, in ensuring effective and accurate compliance and maintenance of the vehicles on a daily basis and ensuring fleet compliance is up to date at all times.

Key Skills -

  • Managers CPC desirable but not essential
  • Must have a good level of English and Maths
  • Must be computer literate including MS Office, email, spreadsheets and transport databases
  • Self-managing with good attention to detail
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work
  • Highly organised with the ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet requirements
  • Ability to adhere to processes
