About the Role:
- Supply teacher role in Redditch supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students in a primary school in Redditch.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the curriculum, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
- Provide effective classroom management, maintaining a positive and focused learning environment.
- Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and support.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to promote students' academic and personal development.
- Build strong relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and fostering a love for learning.

About You: For this role, you will need:
- To be a fully qualified Supply teacher with a QTS
- Experience as a Supply Teacher within primary school settings, including working with diverse groups of students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to various teaching environments.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage students and collaborate effectively with staff.
* Ability to work flexibly, providing consistent support during teacher absences while maintaining continuity of learning.
* Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and adapting lesson plans to meet the needs of all students.
* Flexibility in work schedule and a focus on achieving a healthy work-life balance.
