The HR Administrator Role

As an HR Administrator, you'll support the Chief People Officer and HR Manager across a variety of HR tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
    • Screening CVs and arranging interviews
    • Posting job vacancies on various platforms
    • Vetting candidates and issuing employment contracts
    • Drafting and managing new starter paperwork
    • Conducting references and background checks
    • Coordinating logistics for new hires
  • Payroll:
    • Distributing pension information to new employees
    • Collecting payroll information and assisting with employee compensation and benefits documentation
  • General HR Duties:
    • Maintaining accurate employee records, including holidays, sickness, and leavers
    • Supporting internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests

The HR Administrator

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Several years of administration experience
  • Previous experience in a law firm is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and a flexible, hard-working attitude
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required

In Return?

  • £25,000-£30,000
  • 26 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:15 with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Office Based
