The Graduate IT Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure of our partner's organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Group IT Team to continuously develop and manage IT infrastructure.
- Ensure alignment of IT security policies and procedures with all IT hardware and software components.
- Take the lead on new infrastructure projects aimed at improving efficiency and functionality.
- Offer expert advice on system enhancements and optimizations.
- Efficiently manage the helpdesk ticket system to ensure prompt user support and issue resolution.
- Keep abreast of current technology trends to identify opportunities for system improvement and competitive advantage.
- Engage stakeholders within the organization, clients, and retailers to formulate improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with solution providers and maintain relationships with IT partners.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient understanding of computer hardware, network, and telephony applications.
- Desirable experience with VMWare and networking technologies such as VLAN segregation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Strong A-level qualifications in relevant subjects considered.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Understanding of SQL & passion to develop skills further.
- Preferred certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
- UK driving license

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 + Benefits
