I am looking for a Temporary Helpdesk Advisor to support a client with a temporary project.
My client needs a Helpdesk Advisor to support their large team of field-based staff with the integration to a new IT system. The role will involve answering calls and emails from field-based staff, resetting passwords, sending log in links and general ad hoc support.
Full training will be provided but the successful candidate will have strong telephone-based customer service skills, administration experience and good attention to detail. Experience using Salesforce would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
This is a short-term temporary role to commence immediately and is expected to run until early October in the first instance.
