Our Client is seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer / Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a globally respected company based in Redditch.

THIS IS A CUSTOMER-FACING ROLE OFFERING TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON PHONE CALL OR VIDEO CALL

Key Responsibilities.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to production teams.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new machinery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a maintenance engineering or technical support role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred).
