Inside Sales Development Specialist

Location: Redditch (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £38,500 DOE + Competitive Benefits

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engaging new customers through targeted campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Managing inbound leads, assessing potential, and ensuring swift follow-ups for maximum conversion.
  • Identifying opportunities to convert customers from competitor products and increase market share.
