Our client, a well-established FMCG manufacturing company based in Redditch, is seeking a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to join their team.

• Lead and manage a small team of engineers.
• Remain hands-on with maintenance and engineering tasks.
• Ensure smooth running of production by minimising downtime.
• Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability across the site.

• Monday to Friday 6-2 / 2-10 rotating shifts.

Apprentice-trained Multi-Skilled Engineer.
Proven experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and reliability engineering.
