We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Process Leader to oversee a process stream within one of their aerospace business units. In this role, you will manage a team of 15-50 employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from the input of raw materials through to delivery and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate Process Team Leaders and operatives to achieve operational targets.
  • Manage the operating budget, including payroll, consumables, tooling, subcontracting, and overtime.
  • Contribute to business planning (load & capacity, SIOP, OPE).
  • Drive performance management across manpower, machinery, methods, and materials.
  • Monitor delivery metrics (OTIF, arrears reduction, customer satisfaction, costs, and revenue).
  • Standardise processes and ensure consistent application.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and EHS directives.
  • Lead by example, setting standards and coaching teams in line with the company's values.
  • Manage the process stream 24/7, providing feedback to customers and aligning NPI with project milestones.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in leading manufacturing operations.
  • HNC in Mechanical/Production Engineering/Business Analysis (preferred, not essential with relevant experience).
