Do you have experience working within Export?

Our growing client based in Redditch are looking an experienced Administrator to join their close-knit team in supporting the Export manager with Global orders.

Upto 38,000.

Your responsibilities-

Managing the end-to-end processing of orders.

Liasing with external contacts regarding lead times.

Creating export documentation.

Booking transport.

Work closely with the warehouse to manage stock.

Building strong relationships with both customers and clients.

Dealing with any enquiries/complaints in a timely order.

Liase with suppliers regarding PO'S of shipped orders.

Following procedures correctly.

The ideal candidate-

Worked within Exports/Logistics/Planning.

Knowledge of SAP.

Can work to deadlines.

Excellent customer service.

Attention to detail.
