My client is a multi-site national firm based in Redditch. Due to expansion it is currently searching for an Employment Solicitor to work alongside its Partner and CEO.
The Role:
- You will act on behalf of both employees & employers in both contentious & non-contentious cases, handling basic commercial and charity enquiries, whilst promoting the firm to both existing and new clients
- You will deal with a range of matters, including TUPE, unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination and harassment

You:
- You will be a client-centric individual with excellent organisational skills and a great eye for detail
- You will be anywhere from an NQ solicitor (with a seat in employment) to 3 years PQE
- You will be able to juggle multiple activities whilst giving an excellent level of service to your clients
