Requirements and details of the role:

My client, is seeking to appoint a Solicitor to join their thriving Childcare Team.The role will involve conducting your own caseload in Childcare Law matters. (No Private Family Law work is involved, as that is undertaken by a different Team).

You:

Prior experience in this area of at least 2 years is required, including running your own caseload and undertaking Advocacy.

We are inviting applications from all experienced Childcare Law candidates, not just those who have The Law Society's Children Law Panel accreditation and/or have a Children's Guardian following.
