This company, a leading UK manufacturer are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team. What You Will Do

Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Business Management System (BMS).

Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding returns, rejects, and warranties.

Produce high-quality Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) / 8D's reports in response to customer returns and/or warranties.

Ensure that manufacturing and related processes comply with BMS ISO 9001 standards.

Conduct internal and external audits, driving quality objectives to improve company efficiency and profitability.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure that the company's material requirements are met in full.

What You Will Bring

A solid QA background within manufacturing/engineering.

Ability to read complex engineering drawings and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of computer literacy.

Experience managing quality management systems to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Experience in the preparation of I.S.I.R. and P.P.A.P. documentation.
