Are you an experienced Residential Property Legal Assistant, Secretary, or PA looking for a new challenge within a leading Legal 500 firm?Our client is seeking a Business Development Support Legal Assistant to work closely with the Business Development Manager, supporting new quotes and driving new business for the Residential Property Department. This role requires prior experience in Residential Property within a law firm, as well as a solid understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and the specific information needed for different types of purchases and sales.The Firm:Our esteemed Legal 500 client is a full-service practice with a nationwide presence recognised for providing high quality legal advice to private and commercial clients.   • Assisting the Business Development Manager with new business enquiries and generating accurate quotes for prospective clients.
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring timely responses to queries.
  • Managing and tracking incoming enquiries, supporting the firm's business development initiatives.
  • Ensuring all necessary compliance and regulatory requirements are met for new matters.
  • Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks related to new business and client onboarding.
  • Contributing to the department’s growth and participating in business development activities.
