We at Simpson Judge are currently working with a reputable multi service law firm who are looking to bring an experienced Family Paralegal to help support the department. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality legal advice to clients, aiming for effective solutions while assisting the Practice in fulfilling its professional obligations and promoting its growth within the legal market,

Role:

- Deliver clear, comprehensive advice to clients under supervision to advance case resolution.- Record client advice and respond to all communications in a timely manner.- Maintain a client-focused approach in line with practice policies and compliance regulations.- Enhance client base through exceptional service and networking initiatives.- Attend client meetings under supervision, ensuring accurate legal advice is provided and confirmed in writing promptly.- Draft necessary documentation timely, adhering to professional obligations and regulations.- Keep case management information up to date for efficiency.- Maintain precise billing records, ensuring timely invoicing to reduce non-payment.
