We're working with a specialist law firm who are looking for a Family Paralegal to support their family team. Based in their office in Redditch, you’ll be providing direct support to the family team. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to progress their career in family law.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a high level of legal advice to clients
- Support colleagues across the department with their duties
- Liaising with clients face-to-face and via telephone
- Keep systems up to date and open, manage and close case files
- Draft all necessary documentation as appropriate
What we need from you:
- Excellent customer service
- Some relevant experience in family law
- Ability to be organised & take initiative
