What You Will Do:**

- Schedule Supply and Demand - Ensure that the supply of materials meets the production schedule and minimum stock levels, guaranteeing operational and production continuity.

- Risk Management - Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedules, taking follow-up actions on material shortages and escalating concerns to management.

- Supplier and Inventory Management - Develop and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts, while supporting inventory checks to validate accuracy.

- Continuous Improvement - Implement processes to agreed standards and targets, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying areas of improvement.

- Administrative Support - Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support departmental requirements, including raising and booking of Purchase Orders.

- Relationship Building - Forge and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure the supply of materials meets requirements.
