Are you ready to take your engineering career to the next level? An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a pioneering organisation in the heart of Redditch. The Shift Pattern for the role is 5.30pm - 06.00am, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.
Paying an hourly rate of £23.60 per hour
What You Will Do:
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance across all plant, equipment, and buildings to uphold the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental care.
- Ensure machinery is operational and ready for use, providing support where necessary.
- Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to achieve operational excellence and minimise waste and energy consumption.
- Develop, modify, and improve maintenance procedures based on manufacturers' recommendations and site experience.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Champion health and safety, ensuring all engineering activities meet the strictest standards.
