Shift Pattern- Nights 

Week One: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Nights 

Week Two, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Night 

What You Will Do:

- Provide process support to all assets, ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest operational standards.

- Offer efficient and professional service to the Operations Team, assisting with breakdowns to minimize lost time and waste.

- Guide and coach operators, assisting in developing best practices and supporting continuous improvement through identified projects and tasks.

- Monitor machinery during run time to prevent downtime and suggest routine maintenance programmes for improvements.

- Review production performance daily, suggesting improvements to increase productivity.

- Maintain a detailed downtime log and support the Quality and GMP requirements of the plant.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar technical role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.

- Strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.

- A commitment to safety, understanding, and complying with Health & Safety regulations.

- The ability to work collaboratively, supporting the operating team and contributing to a self-sufficient environment.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
