Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and providing technical support. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Duties

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner.
  • Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist with repairs and installations.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address any equipment-related issues impacting production.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
  • Operate logic controllers and other automated systems as required.
  • Perform welding tasks when necessary to repair or fabricate components.
