Excellent opportunity for an Minor Works Estimator to join a nationwide leading FM business, you'll be taking lead on all commercial activities with a highly regarded contract.

They are seeking an additional Estimator in their Redditch office, to cover a number of Minor Works maintenance contracts across the West Midlands.

In this role you'll be preparing Target Costs for minor M&E works projects based on first principles for both minor and major Electrical works projects, as well as submitting accurate budget costs and tender estimate.

THE ROLE:
*Leading all commercial function for Hard FM Maintenance Contracts
*Working with a number of clients across the West Midlands
*Submission of quotations for minor works projects
*Quantifying site measures for larger projects

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in M&E Estimating position - Minor Works
*NEC 3/4 experience
*Full Drivers License
