A class teacher for maternity cover M1-M6 based within the Redditch area. Seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and dedicated class teacher who excels in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. By effectively supporting their team, this teacher can inspire, motivate, and drive high-quality learning outcomes for children.The ideal candidate for this role looks like:
- Be responsible for all planning and preparation
- Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
- Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Have high expectations of all children and of all children
- Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
- Have a creative approach to the curriculum and a commitment to providing first-class child support
