Service Hire Administrator 

West Midlands

c.£30-35k dependent on experience, negotiable + bens + PROGRESSION

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (5 days on site)

As a Senior Hire Administrator, you will be:

  • Seamlessly coordinating the hire process from start to finish ensuring all parts of the process and associated documentation is in place, accurate and compliant
  • Contract management
  • Monitoring performance against jobs/SLAs/KPIs
  • Reporting on and analysis of key data in relation to response times and customer feedback
  • Managing the hire schedule, using your top-notch communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines
  • Handling queries and providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders; this may include some ‘out of hours’ availability
  • Dealing with complaints and looking to resolve proactively and with good turnaround times
  • Maintaining records and ensuring all data is accurately logged
  • Contributing to the improvement of data interrogation, CRM system management as well as general processes in relation to the hire process
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required

To be successful in applying for this role, you will have:

  • Experience working for a rental business in a relevant hire administrator role 
  • A positive, high-energy personality who is flexible and proactive in their approachwith a good sense of humour
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems on the spot 
  • A meticulous attention to detail at all times 
  • Good numeracy skills with the ability to use google sheets (Excel) to at least an intermediate level (creation and manipulation of formulas and use of basic functions as a minimum)
  • A strong work ethic with ambitions to progress long term 
  • Great relationship building skills with an understanding of adapting approach to the audience 
  • Natural leadership ability
  • A calm confidence in your ability with a focus on continuous development both personally and professionally
