- Acting as first point of contact for all enquiries coming into the home via telephone, e-mail and post. This will include Doctors/GP surgeries, support workers and residents family members.
- Ensure all correspondence is actioned in a timely manner and escalating where required.
- Coordinating onboarding paperwork for new staff team members, and assisting with administrative tasks regarding rotas, payroll and other internal processes.
- Greet any visitors coming to site and monitor reception area.Â
- Filing, scanning, document management
- Other ad hoc administrative support to all departments
- Enhanced DBS with Adult Workforce
- Experience of working in an administrative role within a healthcare setting, a prior knowledge of care/residential home processes would be ideal.
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritize day to day tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
- Calm, professional and personable as you were be dealing directly with vulnerable people.Â
